Our referral options are designed so that you can choose the one that meets your needs and your budget. The service fee is fully or partially waived in the following circumstances:

• The State of Vermont has an agreement with us to pay for services if your family is currently eligible for, or receiving, any state assistance such as Reach-up, Child Care Subsidy, or ANFC.
• Or your employer has an agreement with us to pay for one of the service levels below. If you choose a higher level of service, your fee would be the difference. To see the list of companies, please go to our Businesses with Child Care Referral Contracts page.

Referral and Consultation Options

Enhanced Consulting and Confirmed Referral Service:

• Unlimited referrals with openings confirmed within the past 48 hours.
• Unlimited service until care is found.
• Detailed profiles on all referred providers
• Detailed information regarding all referred provider's State Regulatory History. 

The fee for this service is $125

Basic Referral with Consultation Service:

• Unlimited referrals to child care programs with openings confirmed within the last month.
• Detailed profiles on all referred providers.
• Call back 2 more times for additional referrals.

The fee for this service is $60

Basic Referral Service:

• Are you more of a "do-it-yourselfer"?
• Up to 10 detailed profiles.
• Program openings are confirmed within the last month.

The fee for this service is $30
